  I am Suby, 24 year old, working with a corporate near Jasola,New Delhi. I have been a dancer in my earlier years but due to my pressure from family and education ,I dropped. I prefer to continue my hobby and grow in it also I always had an inclination towards learning gymnastics but never got an opportunity. Seeing your page gave me a zeal to learn.

  Kindly let me know is there any prerequisites/tests before joining because I am not flexible and what are the timings as I am only free on Weekends?

    You can sign up in our adult Gymnastics classes at our Amar colony centre, Sat & Sun 8:30 am.
    Backflip is part of our level 2 training, If you have already completed basics of Gymnastics before, you should be able to learn Backflips in a minimum of 3 months.

    We have kids Gymnastics classes on Sat & Sun 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
    The age group of the kids in the class is 4 years old to 10 years old. If you feel that your child is active enough at the age of 3 where she can learn without you in the class for 1 hour please feel free to enrol the child, we have had exceptional cases where we have trained 3 years and 3’5 years old kids in the past.

    We are really sorry but we can’t give any such timeline, we offer gymnastics classes at our Amar colony centre which helps anyone to improve their flexibility and strength. The course structure has been designed ideally for 1 year but someone who is completely new to this kind of physical activity and has a rustic body for a while now might just take more than a year.

    We have kids Gymnastics classes on Sat & Sun 9:30 am to 11:00 am at our amar colony center.
    It is an open batch for kids of age group 4 year old to 11 year old where proper attention is being to every kid, we have a well defined syllabus & structure which we follow in our classes, enrollments are open throughout the year hence every candidate has a different cycle in the same class. I suggest you get both your kids for a trial class tom or maybe Sun. When you arrive at the academy, please fill up a registration form and pay Rs 300/- per child as trial fees, which is adjustable in the monthly fees when the child joins the regular classes. Monthly charges are Rs 2500/-.

  Since when I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming a GYMNAST. But I couldn’t cause of no such training facility was available. Now that I’m almost 24..I saw this place as an opportunity..but i still can’t avail it..as I find the charges are way too much in correspondence with the training hours.
  Do you think you can make any such provision for training people who are desperate to learn Gymnast but can’t afford the fees.
  A Fee concession is requested, if at all possible. Otherwise leave it be.

    Its never too late to begin, you can be a part of our Gymnastics classes on Sat & Sun 8:30 am to 10 am. The monthly charges are Rs 3000/-, if you pay up for 3 months straight, you just have to pay Rs 7000/- where you a get a whooping discount of Rs 2000/-. Ideally you should enroll for 3 months package because you wont see any significant results in a month, where you get only 8 classes.

  I am particularly interested in the flips part. I.e front ,back etc.
  Also do you guys teach advance flips? Like wall flips , B-twist , corkscrew . I already know that it takes lots and lots of hardwork . But do you guys majorly focus on that? Because i am not interested in dancing and other activities. Also i have seen your guys schedule for 3 month and these were no where on the list.

I will be having a lot of free time on my hands and so I was wondering if it’s is possible to come for both, the Tuesday and Thursday as well as the Saturday and Sunday courses. I’m not too interested in the dance part, just the gymnastic part of it, flips, hand springs, etc.

    Sorry pal! There are no shortcuts to success. There is a certain structure which we follow when we train students in our Gymnastics classes at DDA to avoid unnecessary injuries, you will have to give yourself some time, atleast 3 months if you want to get into Backflips and all.

    There is no age bar but we would still recommend you to do a trial before joining and decide for joining. The batches timing are Tue-Thurs 1:30 to 3:00 pm and on Sat-Sun 9:00 to 10:00 am. Trial fee is Rs.300 which also get adjusted in monthly fee ofRs.3000 when you join the batch. Give us a call on 011-41012909 to book your trial.

    Unfortunately we do not take that small kids in Gymnastics classes. In our bollywood classes also we take 3+ year old kids. You can probably contact us next year for sure

    We have Gymnastics classes on weekend available at our Delhi centre. Timings are Saturday 9 am to 10 am and Sunday 9 am to 11 am. It will definitely help you to shed away those extra kilos by making you more flexible and working on your muscle strength. You can also book your trial by calling 011-41012909 and see it yourself

    We have Kids batches starting from 3 year olds and we teach them Bollywood dance form. There are 2 batches in our Lajpat Nagar Centre Mon-Wed-Fri 3 pm to 4 pm & Sat – Sun 11 pm to 12:30 pm. Fee is 2500/- per month. You can book trial by calling on 011-41012909.

  I want to learn gymnastics, I am from Darya ganj new delhi. I can afford only 2 days a week, preferably sat & sunday.
  Kindly let me know the charges for the same. And what kind of gymnastic will you prefer, as I am 25 years old and also fond of dancing, learnt Kathak for 5 years? And how far is your centre from Lajpatnagar metro station?

    The timing for Gymnastics classes for weekend is Sat 9 am to 10 am & Sun 9 am to 11 am. Fee is Rs.3000 per month. The address for our Lajpat Nagar centre is E238, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar 4. Nearest Metro Station will be Kailash Colony Metro Station. It will take you 10 minutes approx to reach us from there. Call us on 011-41012909 in case of any help.

    Sorry, we do not have any branch in Pitampura. Our Delhi studio is at Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar 4. Moreover, the batches that we have, in those we don’t enroll 5 years old kids. In case you are keen on the Bollywood freestyle classes at our above mentioned studio then you are most welcome.

    Abhishek we have only two studios in Delhi NCR, one at South Delhi and another one at Gurgaon. Gymnastics classes are only available at our Delhi studio and that too for adults. But we do have specific kids batches available for freestyle Bollywood dance. In case you are interested then kindly get in touch with us.
